Refuge Counseling was created to be a place where individuals seeking specialized mental healthcare can access services they might not otherwise be able to.
Our mission is to provide high-quality counseling services to the underserved with a focus on wellness, individual strengths, accessibility, and advocacy.
We accomplish this through maintaining a comprehensive referral network of community resources and healthcare providers from all kinds of specialties across the state of Indiana and working to coordinate your care with other necessary providers to give you the best experience possible.

We ARE NOW in network with Signature Care!
Starting January 1st, income-based self-pay rates will be adjusting to align with industry standards.

The Refuge Counseling office is located in downtown Warsaw, Indiana.
The office is open by appointment only.
We provide services across the state of Indiana via secure video telehealth.
